Fully automatic filling installation for filling liquids in preformed pouches with spouch

Operation
De voorgevormde pouch komt via een bufferrail in een intermitterend werkend sterwiel. In de eerste positie wordt de pouch open geblazen met perslucht of eventueel N2. Op de vulpositie doseert een mass flow meter, een inductief flowmeter of een volumetrische pomp de juiste hoeveelheid vloeistof via de spout in de verpakking. De volumetrische pomp kan zijn: een lobbenpomp, een tandwielpomp, een pistonpomp of een peristaltische pomp/slangenpomp. Na automatische oriëntatie van de dop positioneert de machine de dop in de sluitkop. De sluitsnelheid en het aandraaikoppel van de sluitkop zijn traploos instelbaar. Na het afvullen en sluiten voert een transportband de pouch uit de afvulmachine.
