Fully automatic lid measuring station, equipped with an automatic lid supply system

Features
With one or more pick points for different diameters.
Up to 20 measuring positions for each lid.
The EMS measures:

Curl (outside diameter, height, opening, width, length)
Countersink height
First bead height
Panel depth

From this, the EMS then calculates the inside curl diameter and the chuck fit.
With data output to CMC Kuhnke Visionary 9 SPC Software.
