CMC Kuhnke – SSG Seamer Setup Gauge

The SSG is an optical measuring instrument for quick and correct adjustment of the seaming machine

To be used for accurate and repeatable adjustment of the position of the seamer roll relative to the seamer head for the end position of the 1st and 2nd operation.

Features
Fully automatic optical measurement of the setting of the seamer roll position relative to the seamer head (positions 1st and 2nd operation).
Suitable for can sizes up to 100 mm and several seaming machine types.
Can capture and share the image for each seamer head allowing for comparison of old settings with current settings and lessons to be learned.
Bearing clearance and seamer roll/seamer head damage are easy to see.
Plug and play with any Windows 7 & 10 laptop/tablet.
Includes spacers for different can heights.
