Metal detector for various sizes of loose and packaged products

Operation
The system is placed in bypass next to the production line between the filling and closing of the bottle or jar. The product  is moved laterally on the machine from the production line and passed through the metal detecting head. If contaminants are present, the product remains on the detector, in the designated waste collection area. The remaining products are forwarded to the production line for the sealing process. The conveyor belt is equipped with adjustable side guides to limit product instability and prevent falls.
