RP Line filler for bottles, jars and cans
Linear filling machine with 2 to 9 filling stations
Suitable for dosing liquid to thick paste products, products with coarser components, foaming products and aggressive products in can, glass or plastic packaging.
Operation
Each filling position is equipped with a mass flow meter or inductive flow meter. This combination guarantees a high filling accuracy. A frequency-controlled pump controls the flow of the product during the filling process (slow start filling, fast filling and slow filling). As a result, less foaming occurs, the packaging can be filled quickly and the flow for filling the neck of the packaging can be reduced again. The volume is adjustable for each filling position. The product is dosed in the packaging by means of 2 to 9 pneumatically closing filling tubes (RVS316L +PTFE) with lower valves. The diving movement of the filling lances is speed-adjustable for both the diving movement and the upward movement during filling and is easily adjustable to the pitch of the package. This adjustment features a ruler for quickly reproducing the settings.
Features
The conveyor belt is speed controlled by means of a frequency converter.
The conveyor belt is made of low-maintenance POM plastic.
The electrical control box is located on the top of the machine above the outfeed conveyor (safe against ingress of product, easily accessible for the technician and easily accessible for the operator to operate the buttons and touch panel).
For control, the filling machine is equipped with a PLC with an operator-friendly touch panel.
All adjustable parameters can be recorded in a recipe structure, making the settings quickly reproducible by just changing the recipe/program.
The machine by default equipped with a CIP cycle, where the time and the flow (pump speed) can be defined. After the set time has elapsed, the machine stops automatically.
