RP Strapping machine – vertical

Vertical strapping machine for connecting cargo to a pallet

Suitable for a wide variety of products and packaging, including can packaging, glass packaging, jerry cans, wood, stones, roof tiles, etc.

Operation 
The lower retractable pass-through lance feeds the strap through the pallet, enabling a secure fixation of the load on the pallet. While tensioning the strap, the strapping head performs a compensation movement (by means of a floating head). This movement smoothes out the tension difference of the belt at the different corners of the load, resulting in greater stability.

Features
The strapping machine can work fully automatically in transport lines, without the help of an operator.
