Filling machine for dosing powders and granules by weight in buckets, drums or bags

Operation
The filler is equipped with a speed-controlled dosing screw with 3 adjustable filling speeds: coarse, medium and fine. After the start signal, the scale automatically tares and the dosing screw starts filling the packaging with coarse dosing flow. The speed of the dosing screw switches to medium dosing flow after reaching a certain adjustable weight. The machine now doses the product to a second adjustable weight and then switches to fine dosing flow. In fine dosing flow, the dosing screw fills the packaging to the desired final weight.

Features
With a product with a constant weight falling after shutting off the screw, the weighing control of the packaging machine can automatically calculate this in-flight weight and correct for this.
Level-full detection automatically keeps the buffer container filled with product.
Equipped with an infinitely height-adjustable scale for filling different packaging heights.
The filling settings (weights and filling speeds) can be saved in the machine control.
When changing product or packaging weight, the machine is quickly ready for operation again.
