Stiller – STA 2000 Seaming machine Servo

Fully automatic servomotor-driven stand-alone can sealing machine/seaming machine for seaming round cans and combi cans (cardboard tubes with metal lids)

Operation
A conveyor belt feeds the filled can into the seaming machine, after which a star wheel takes the can and positions it under the seaming station. At the same time, a lid is taken from the magazine and positioned above the can. The can is pneumatically raised, rotated and hermetically closed with the lever-mounted seam rollers. A star wheel carries the closed can to the outfeed conveyor.
