SM360WD for a high hygiene standard when packing/filling
The ultra-clean machines are mainly used for acidic products that are kept refrigerated.
Operation
The entire process, from unrolling the film to removal of the pouch, takes place under a laminar air flow. The packaging material is disinfected with a UV-C lamp or hydrogen peroxide.

The machine is designed without dead spots and with sloping surfaces (so that no moisture can remain on the machine) to ensure maximum hygiene standards and reduce the risk of contamination. There are no components in the upper part of the machine that could contaminate the packaging during the process. The machine can be cleaned with water and disinfectant.
