Multi-head linear weigher for dosing 'well-running' powders and granules, which can be fed via a vibrating chute

Operation
This dosing weigher is equipped with a vibrating chute with 3 adjustable dosing speeds: coarse, medium and fine. After the start signal, the scale tares automatically and the vibrating feeder starts filling the weighing unit with the coarse dosing flow. The speed of the vibrating chute switches to medium dosing flow after reaching a certain adjustable weight. The machine now doses the product up to a second adjustable weight and then switches to fine-dosing flow. In fine dosing flow, the vibrating chute fills the weighing unit to the desired final weight. At the 'filling/depositing' signal (via a foot pedal or automatically via a packaging machine), the weighing unit unloads the weighed quantity.
