Steinfurth – FST Foam Stability Tester
The Foam Stability Tester measures foam stability, an important parameter for beer quality
Operation
A bottle/can can be connected via a sampler, for example the Steinfurth Sampler, to the Foam Stability Tester. The beer is introduced into the tester with CO2 pressure, in such a way that the beer does not lose any gas. The beer is injected into the glass cylinder via a specially constructed nozzle, whereby the beer is converted into foam. The stability is then determined with optical sensors.
Features
An automatic series of multiple independent measurements can be started from the same package.
