Highly efficient filling machine for continuous filling of a wide range of products/packaging up to approx. 6 litres

Suitable for a wide range of products: from highly viscous liquids to thin liquids and foaming products, including aggressive/corrosive, abrasive and explosive products (ATEX version).

Operation
Very efficient, simple and reliable way of filling foaming products using Low Reynolds Filling Heads (filling without diving movement of the filling nozzle in the packaging). The closure system can be highly universal for a wide variety of options, including screw caps, plugs, pump sprayers, trigger pumps, spouts and click caps. The supply systems of the different closures are extremely flexible within a certain type of closure.

Product change and format change are highly automated and can be carried out extremely quickly.
The machine uses 'Smartflow' technology, so there are no start-up and changeover losses; the first ánd last packs are always filled correctly.
